All Driftwood Pens are distinctly made in Coquitlam BC, Canada by Trevor. Each Original Driftwood, RES’Q and Fusion pen is made using material that has been foraged or comes from reclaimed items, the resin is coloured and poured in-house and the pens are hand turned by Trevor. He takes the time to select, mill, cut, turn, sand, finish and choose the hardware for each pen with deliberate intention. Each pen is different from the next making each one unique. Trevor celebrates the natural flaws, the knots, the discolouration and though he has the ability to remake certain styles, no pen is exactly the same – which means no claims of, “I thought it was mine.”

This one of a kind pen was created with pine cones that were collected near Oliver, BC and given a new purpose by combining them with blue and orange resin. The hardware selected for this pen has a gun metal grey finish. The pen is supplied in a protective reclaimed and re-purposed leather case which complements your new pen.
Pine cones are a symbol of enlightenment as well as life and growth but since it does not yet have any roots, it represents our dynamic potential. Combined with orange representing creativity and determination and blue symbolizing inspiration, strength and coupled with the durability that leather embodies, this is more than a “writing stick”, it is a pen with intention.
The ink in the pen is easily replaced with a standard cross refill.
